This project was acquired in 1989.  It is a 5,000 sq ft financial institution building built for First Interstate Bank and formerly occupied by Wells Fargo.

The building is ideally situated at the main entrance to The Shops at Blackhawk in Danville, CA, about 40 miles east of San Francisco and is now leased to J. Rockcliff Realtors.
